All of our Signature Cocktails are made using our own in-house infusions, handmade liquor, bitters & syrups, all of which are made in our central London laboratory by a team of mixologists and cocktail bartenders.

Dating back to 1896 this cocktail is named after the infamous Philadelphia club of the same name; House infused Raspberry Gin, dry shaken with lemon juice, fresh raspberries & egg white.
Similar to a Manhattan, but with a maraschino liqueur. Woodfords Rye Whisky stirred over ice then strained with vermouth, bitters and maraschino liqueur. Served straight up.

The Viéux Carre or ‘French Quarter’ hails from New Orleans, created in The Carousel Bar at the Hotel Monteleone sometime in the 1930’s. This is an incredibly smooth yet complex cocktail with a touch of sweetness from the Benedictine & Vermouth.
